ZIIA is provided as is (free and with no limitations) and can be used by whoever wishes. Users take all responsibility for using ZIIA and any consequences this might have. GHR Software can't be held responsible of any problems which could arise during the usage of ZIIA or as a consequence of the usage of ZIIA.

ZIIA server doesn't guarantee automatic backup of any kind but ZIIA does provide a very simple to use function (in "elements/data update") which fully extracts the database to your local computer (in very simple and readable text XML format) so you can perform periodic backups yourself and you are encouraged to do so (although at today's date, no loss has ever occurred). This extraction requires no intervention of GHR Software.

GHR Software doesn't request any personal information when creating your account (only a company name pseudo is requested). GHR Software attests it has no intent of divulging any data entered into the system to any third parties and GHR Software aims at insuring data protection and confidentiality in ZIIA.

You are fully free to stop using ZIIA whenever you want and retrieve your full database in simple and readable XML format thus enabling you to import it back into any other system you might choose. If you later wish to come back to ZIIA, you will be welcome (and you'll be able to re-import your XML data).
