Improved version migration ease for offline desktop version (simply copy old version's "sync.mdb" file over new version's)

Added Information Lifecycle Management module (Element phases chaining defined in Element's customisation)

Improved messages during "Create account" process (this is sometimes long (30 secs) and some people thought it was stuck)

Highly improved performance of many (most) query functions
