ZIIA (Zero Investment Instant Access) is an EIS (Enterprise Information System) developed by GHR Software which is provided free (thus "Zero Investment") and is immediately usable offline or online (thus "Instant Access"). You never get locked into ZIIA, you can always, at any time, extract ALL your data (in XML format), for example to transfer it to another system. ZIIA EIS focuses on functionalities commonly referred to as ERP, CRM and SCM. The system can be used freely and without any constraints. An overview of ZIIA EIS can be found HERE.

We are now at a stage where we are preparing transition from our "beta" versions (currently used by "Special Partners") to a first largely diffusible version of ZIIA EIS (still free and no constraints). You can get an idea of current capabilities by watching the demonstration videos HERE. The first video demonstrates initial setup, client and product database creation, creating quotes and passing orders, viewing stocks and accounts, etc. in approximately 10 minutes (and with no technical overhead or hassle).

We've now opened the "Priviliged Users" program, on which we rely to get feedback from new users, so the system focuses on real pragmatic business needs, for day to day usage, rather than "academic" theories on how businesses should be run and how the business processes should work (or how they work in other ERP systems).

The advantage for these "Privileged Users" is that they get to say what they want the system to do, and for free. In usual ERP approaches, the costs of this (implementing and customising the ERP) will usually be somewhere around 50 K$ for smaller implementations and 500 K$ for larger ones.

Generally speaking, "Privileged Users" follow this process to obtain what they want:

Tell us what changes you need (and discuss them with us if necessary)

GHR Software sorts these requirements to best reply to the overall demand

GHR Software implements the changes into new versions (Online and Offline)

And the cycle starts back at the top (new versions are weekly about)

Note: It's possible, at some point, that we limit the number of "Privileged Users". This depends on the demand, the delays and the required workload. However, this doesn’t limit the number of users (free).
