ZIIA (Zero Investment Instant Access) is an EIS (Enterprise Information System) we've developed and we provide for free (thus "Zero Investment") and is immediately usable online or offline (thus "Instant Access"). You never get locked into ZIIA, you can always, at any time, extract ALL your data (in XML human readable format), for example to transfer it to another system.

Its goal is to support enterprise activities, such as placing orders, managing products and clients, monitoring stocks, tracing accounts, …

Two versions are available, both free, and both for Windows (with .NET2.0 CLR). First, a desktop standalone application, a simple zip file containing the executable and other assemblies. Just unzip and use. Second, for distributed client/server usage, a Web version, which is used via Internet Explorer. The Web version is better suited for industrial usage with multiple users and sites.

Whatever version, it is hassle free. No registration, no installation, no personal data, no licence, … Within twenty minutes, you'll have created your profile, finished the tutorial and be ready to start business.

It is articulated around common paradigms such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), …

It is intentionality positioned as en "EIS" rather than an "ERP" to avoid confusion concerning its scope and intentions. It therefore breaks free from the historical references and implications hindering "ERP" systems.
